We make it easy to plan an action-packed birthday at Simple Airsoft. Your group gets the equipment, dedicated space and staff support needed to get into the game—even if they've never played before.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR PARTY

From check-in to the final game, our team helps guide your group through the experience so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.

Your private party will play in 15-minute gameplay intervals, followed by a 15-minute break. This play-and-break rotation continues throughout your party time, giving players time to recharge, grab a drink, enjoy snacks, and get ready for the next game.

1. ARRIVE & CHECK IN — Your group arrives, checks in and gets ready for the party.

2. GET GEARED UP — Players receive their rental equipment and protective gear.

3. SAFETY BRIEFING — Our staff explains arena rules, equipment use and safety procedures before gameplay begins.

4. HIT THE ARENA — Your private party plays a 15-minute game followed by a 15-minute break, rotating between gameplay and breaks throughout your scheduled party time.

5. BREAK, REFUEL & CELEBRATE — During breaks, players can use the reserved party area for drinks, snacks, cake and birthday celebrations.

FIRST TIME PLAYING? NO PROBLEM.

Most party guests don't need to own equipment or have previous Airsoft or Gel Ball experience. Our team will help players get geared up, explain the rules and safety procedures, and prepare the group before gameplay begins.

What should players wear?
We recommend long pants, a hoodie or long-sleeve shirt, and closed-toe shoes. Comfortable clothing that allows players to move easily is best.

Do players need their own equipment?
No. Rental equipment is included with our birthday party packages.

What ages can participate?
Airsoft parties are for ages 10 and up. Gel Ball parties are available for ages 5 and up.

Is Simple Airsoft indoors?
Yes. Simple Airsoft Indoor Arena is an indoor, air-conditioned facility in Fort Lauderdale.

How does the gameplay schedule work?
Parties rotate between approximately 15 minutes of gameplay and a 15-minute break throughout the scheduled party time.

How many players are included?
Party packages include up to 10 players. Additional participants can be added for an additional discounted fee.

Can we bring our own food, drinks or birthday cake?
Yes. Outside food, drinks and birthday cake are welcome for your party. Your group will have a reserved party area with tables and chairs to enjoy food, cake and refreshments during breaks.

How far in advance should we book our party?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to have the best selection of available dates and times. Parties can be booked as early as the month before and, depending on availability, as late as the week of your event. Popular weekend dates and times may fill up quickly.

How do I book a party?
Click BOOK YOUR PARTY and choose an available date and time from our booking calendar. Fill out your party information and submit your booking request. Once we receive it, Simple Airsoft will email you an invoice for a 50% deposit based on the party package you selected. Your reservation is secured once the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due on the day of your party at Simple Airsoft Indoor Arena.

Are party deposits refundable?
Party deposits are non-refundable.

Your existing page also says the deposit must be paid within 24 hours or the reservation will be canceled. If that is still your policy, I would absolutely include that in the new page too:

How long do I have to pay the deposit?
Once your booking request is received, we'll email you an invoice for the 50% deposit. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure your selected date and time. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the reservation may be canceled and the time slot made available again.
